What is Palm Sunday?
Palm Sunday is the Sunday before Easter that starts off Holy Week. On this special Sunday, we remember Jesus' triumphant entry into Jerusalem where a few short days later he would be crucified and then rise again on the third day.

NOTE: There will be no 8:30AM worship service on Palm Sunday
9:30AM Service Led by Our LV Kids

Our regular 9:30AM worship hour will be led by our LV Kids. This service will be fun for all ages, so we encourage you to attend with your children or even with your small group! You'll be led in a familiar service with a special production of our LV Kids Easter play, "The Headliner". You definitely won't want to miss out on this incredible service with a heartfelt message!
Combined Worship Service at 11:00AM
At our 11:00AM worship hour, we will have a combined service featuring music from our LVfirst Chancel Choir and members of our LVfirst Modern Worship Team. It's not often that we get to join and worship together as a whole church in the sanctuary. Be sure to come out and celebrate the start of Holy Week with your entire church family!
Regular LV Kids programming will be offered during the 11:00AM service.
Palm Sunday Coat Drive

In the story of Jesus' entry into Jerusalem, the people were so excited to see Jesus that they laid their coats out along the road to welcome Him. In a similar way, each Palm Sunday we hold a coat collection to help the Lawrenceville First Baptist Clothing Closet stock up on coats for the next winter. If you have a new or gently used coat that you'd be willing to donate, you can bring it with you to church on Palm Sunday and lay it at the altar.
We can't wait to see you this Palm Sunday! Remember that our services are for everyone and you're invited to attend both of our 9:30AM and 11:00AM services for a Sunday full of amazing worship as we start our journey through Holy Week.
